Our policy is to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Some furniture orders may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, or up to 14 weeks for special order items. Extra handling charge may be incurred for re-despatched parcels.

Next Day Delivery

Orders must be received before midday (UK time) between Monday to Thursday, to be delivered the next working day. Next day delivery only applies to items that are in stock. Does not apply to items that are sent direct from our supplier, or large or heavy items. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Next day delivery is only available to mainland UK.

Delivery Charges

£4.95 plus VAT is the standard delivery charge for most parts of the UK. The Channel Islands, Offshore islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items. Orders placed online over £80, excluding VAT, to most parts of mainland UK have free delivery. This excludes any large or heavy items. Free delivery over £80 does not apply to orders where a promotional discount has been applied.

Large and Heavy Items

Please ask for carriage charges on the following items; porcelain basins, washpoints, hydraulic chairs, barbers chairs, portable, hydraulic and electric couches, large chairs, nail stations, reception desks and other large furniture items. This list is not exhaustive.

Overseas Orders

We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Please remember carriage will vary on destination and weight of parcel. There are some goods which may fall in to the dangerous goods category for delivery to certain countries, if any goods are seized, held or destroyed after they have been sent it will be deemed the buyers responsibility. Carriage will be calculated at the end of your order. If there are any issues regarding the order, a member of our call centre will contact you prior to despatch. Customs

When ordering goods from Status Salon Services for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; Status Salon Services has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods. If Customs seize your goods, they are held or destroyed it will be deemed the buyers responsibility.
